Ingredients
350 ml | sugar |
60 ml | corn syrup |
120 ml | maltodextrin |
120 ml | fresh lemon juice |
120 ml | fresh lime juice |
2 tbsp | grated lime zest |
1 tbsp | citric acid |
500 ml | water |
Instructions
Mix water, sugar, corn syrup, maltodextrin and zest in a small saucepan. Cook and stir until all the sugars have dissolved.Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients, keep stirring until dissolved. Strain into a 1 litre bottle.
