Ingredients
Serves: 4- 3/4 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups refrigerated red potato wedges
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1 apple, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook sausage in melted butter for 4 minutes to start browning, then stir in potatoes, onion, and apple. Cook for about 5 more minutes to soften apple and potato.
