Ingredients
500 g | white chocolate, for cooking |
500 g | salted nuts |
500 g | crispy rice cereal |
Instructions
Melt white chocolate in a double boiler. Add nuts and cereal and mix well. Spoon onto waxed paper so that you have little lumps. Refrigerate until firm. Store in air tight container.It is great fun for kids but it can also be a sweet party snack for adults, especially at Christmas time.
