Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1 onion, diced
- 3/4 cups brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 can pork and beans (drained)
- 1 can kidney beans (drained)
- 1 can butter beans (drained)
- 1 pound ground beef
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 25 mins1. Cook the bacon in a large pan until crisp.
2. Remove bacon from pan, pat dry, and crumble. Set aside.
3. Brown the hamburger in the bacon grease with the diced onion. Drain.
4. Combine brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, and mustard, and add it to the pan along with the pork and beans, kidney beans, and butter beans.
5. Mix thoroughly and heat through.
