Smoked in Hicory Chips and then glazed with an orange marmalde sauce, this dish is ideal for a flavorful fall dinner.

Ingredients
Serves: 8- 1 (2 pound) pork loin
- 1 bunch sage
- 1 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 cups hickory chips
- 1 cup honey
- 2 cups red wine
- 1 cup water
- 3 cups oange marmalade
- 1 cup water
Preparation method
Prep: 45 mins | Cook: 1 hour1. Preheat grill to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
2. Marinate pork loin with sage, oil, salt and pepper.
3. Soak hickory chips with honey, red wine, and 1 cup water for 10 minutes. Place wood chips in grill box and light with match. Place under grill plates.
4. Place pork loin at highest point in grill and close cover. Allow to cook until pork reaches 165 degrees F internal temperture, about 45 minutes.
5. Place orange marmalade in sauce pan, add 1 cup of water to loosen up. Bring to a boil, pour over pork on platter, and enjoy.
