|4||smoked pork chops|
|400 g||potatoes, peeled and thinly diced|
|1||carrot, peeled and diced|
|850 g||canned lentils|
|125 g||single cream|
|½ bunch(es)||parsley, chopped|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|1 tbsp||curry powder|
InstructionsPlace the potatoes, carrot and onions into a saucepan and sauté for some minutes in some oil. Add the lentils and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the potatoes are done. Stir in the cream and bring to the boil again. Season to taste with salt, pepper,and curry and cook for another minute. Stir in the parsley.
In a pan, heat the oil and fry the meat over high heat from both sides for a minute. Serve the smoked pork chops together with the creamy lentil curry.
