I made this at my wife’s request for Guacamole that did not contain cilantro or sour cream. It was a big hit with her and my two teenaged grandsons. Serve as a dip or with fajitas.

Ingredients
Serves: 10- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped sweet white onion
- 2 tablespoons minced seeded jalapeno pepper, or pepper of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 3 Roma tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro (optional)
- your favorite Tex-Mex spice (optional)
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins1. Cut avocado in half, remove seed and scoop out fruit with a spoon.
