|120 ml||double cream|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Pour all drippings from skillet into a small bowl. Take 4 tablespoons and put in a new bowl Stir in flour until well blended.
Cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Gradually add milk and cream. Bring to a boil and keep boiling until gravy thickens. Keep stirring constantly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
