I love oats and especially oat bran! It’s delicious, nutritious, fast, and easy. Here’s one of my favorite ways to have my morning oat bran.

Ingredients
Serves: 1- 1/3 cup oat bran
- 1 cup milk (I like to use soy)
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Preparation method
Prep: 2 mins | Cook: 5 mins1. Combine oat bran, milk, and water in a small pan. Cook on stove over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it starts to boil. Reduce heat to low and, stirring frequently, continue cooking for about one minute, or until the oat bran reaches desired consistency.
2. Stir in the mashed banana and maple syrup.
3. Enjoy!
