Ingredients

250 g	pasta, farfalle
200 ml	sour cream
1 medium	sized courgette
1	lemon
1 bunch(es)	dille
100 ml	white wine
1 tsp	olive oil
200 g	salmon fillets, deep frozen or fresh

Instructions

Boil pasta in enough water, add olive oil to the water.

In the meantime, fry salmon in small pot, when it starts getting color, add wine and courgettes cut in blocks. Let simmer.

When salmon is done (the courgette should just not yet be al dente), add sour creme and dille. Keep stirring until all hot and courgette al dente. Season with white pepper, salt and lemon juice.

Drain pasta, mix sauce into pasta, serve.
