Ingredients
300 g | shrimp, peeled and deveined |
60 ml | olive oil |
6 clove(s) | garlic, thinly sliced |
1 | red chili pepper, seeded and sliced |
sea salt | |
75 ml | dry white wine |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.Combine the oil, garlic, chilies and the shrimp in a casserole dish, season with salt and toss. Allow to soak for 5 minutes.
Bake for 5 minutes. Pour in the wine and bake for 5 more minutes.
Sprinkle with the fresh parsley and serve with baguette.
