Ingredients

300 g	shrimp, peeled and deveined
60 ml	olive oil
6 clove(s)	garlic, thinly sliced
1	red chili pepper, seeded and sliced
	sea salt
75 ml	dry white wine
1 tbsp	parsley, chopped

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Combine the oil, garlic, chilies and the shrimp in a casserole dish, season with salt and toss. Allow to soak for 5 minutes.

Bake for 5 minutes. Pour in the wine and bake for 5 more minutes.

Sprinkle with the fresh parsley and serve with baguette.
