Ingredients
400 g | fresh shrimp, cooked, or defrosted from a pack |
1 large | onion, finely chopped |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | curry paste |
400 g | natural yoghurt |
coriander, chopped, to serve |
Instructions
Fry the onion until soft. Add the curry paste and yoghurt and let simmer for about 5 minutes.Add the shrimp and simmer for further 2 to 3 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Serving suggestion:Serve over boiled rice and sprinkle the coriander leaves on top.
