Shrimp and wild rice, recipe Rating: 4.5

Ingredients:
3 to 4 cups shrimp (cooked and peeled)
One 6-ounce box Uncle Benslong grain and wild rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can drained mushrooms
chopped celery
chopped onion
chopped bell pepper
3/4 stick margarine
crumbled Ritzcrackers

Cook rice as directed. Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in margarine. Mix all ingredients well and spread into a flat 2-quart (9 x 13-inch) dish. Cover with crumbled Ritzcrackers. Bake until bubbly at 350 degrees. Serve with salad.
