
Shrimp and wild rice
Shrimp and Wild Rice recipe
- Ingredients:
- 3 to 4 cups shrimp (cooked and peeled)
- One 6-ounce box Uncle Benslong grain and wild rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can drained mushrooms
- chopped celery
- chopped onion
- chopped bell pepper
- 3/4 stick margarine
- crumbled Ritzcrackers
Cook rice as directed. Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in margarine. Mix all ingredients well and spread into a flat 2-quart (9 x 13-inch) dish. Cover with crumbled Ritzcrackers. Bake until bubbly at 350 degrees. Serve with salad.
