1 | apple, peeled and diced |

2 | eggs, hard-boiled, sliced |
10 stalk(s) | asparagus, woody ends removed, sliced |
1 tbsp | nuts, chopped |
150 ml | mayonnaise |

Instructions
In a large salad bowl, mix together the shrimp, celery, apple, onion and asparagus. Add the nuts, eggs and the mayonnaise. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper.Serve with roasted bread.
