Ingredients
150 g | butter, soft |
100 g | brown sugar |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
250 g | wheat flour |
Instructions
Cream together butter, salt and sugar. Mix in flour and cinnamon and press on a greased baking tray.Preheat oven 180°C.
Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
Cut the shortbread into pieces using a sharp knife and place on a wire rack to cool.
