Ingredients
750 g | button mushrooms |
4 | shallots, chopped |
4 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 | red chili, seeded and sliced |
1 glass(es) | dry sherry |
3 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
Instructions
In a pan, heat the oil and sautee the garlic, chili and shallots until lucent. Add the mushrooms and cook stirring for 5 minutes. Pour in the sherry and cook stirring for another 3-5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.Serve the mushrooms sprinkled with fresh parsley.
