Ingredients
1 | orange, the peel |
250 ml | milk |
200 g | sugar |
4 medium | eggs |
Instructions
Pour milk into a small pan and add the grated skin of the orange. Bring to a boil. Add sugar and the egg yolks. Heat up again, but not to a boil. Let cool down.Beat the egg whites and fold into the mixture. Fill into cake form or individual glasses and freeze for at least 6 hours.
Serve with slices of oranges or with strawberries in orange juice.
