Ingredients
6 | peaches, cut in half, stone removed |
2 sachet | golden syrup |
1 tbsp | clear honey |
1 tbsp | oil |
150 g | plain yogurt |
200 g | fresh raspberries |
Instructions
Combine the golden syrup, honey and oil in a small bowl. Drizzle this over the peach halves.Grill the peaches over meium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, turning once.
Fill 4 serving bowls with the yogurt. Remove peaches from heat and place 2 halves in each bowl. Top with fresh reaspberries.
