Ingredients
500 g | minced beef |
1 small | onion, chopped |
30 g | porridge oats |
1 | beef stock cube |
450 ml | water |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Slightly fry minced beef in a large skillet.Add the onion and oats, stir in the crumbled stock cube and water and bring to a boil. Keep stirring constantly. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Cover with a lid and simmer for 1 hour.
