Popovers have long been a Buebendorf tradition. From the time our kids were old enough to reach the counter, it was a greatly anticipated event to be served hot popovers in bed on Mother’s Day. These popovers, lovingly prepared by our own Laurie and Jeff became better each year. When we opened our Inn, we introduced a few more changes resulting in our present recipe. Now we serve our children and grandchildren, as well as hundreds of our guests, Laurie and Jeff’s popovers whenever they come to visit.
