Ingredients
125 g | celery |
½ | red bell pepper |
½ bunch(es) | spring onion |
2 tbsp | breadcrumbs |
100 g | melted butter |
3 tbsp | single cream |
salt and pepper | |
1 dash(es) | tabasco |
½ tsp | mustard seeds, ground |
200 g | scallops |
Instructions
Finely chop the celery, bell pepper and spring onions, mix in the breadcrumbs, melted butter and single cream. Season with salt, pepper, Tabasco and mustard seeds.Place the scallops in a greased casserole dish and evenly divide the vegetable mixture on top. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 200°C.
