Ingredients
1 pack(s) | ready rolled out puff pastry |
150 g | sour cream |
100 g | ham, diced |
100 g | freshly grated Cheddar cheese |
½ small can(s) | corn kernels |
4 | tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced |
3 | spring onions, chopped |
1 | egg |
2 tbsp | milk |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Roll out the pastry on the working surface. Spread with the sour cream and sprinkle with ham, cheese, tomatoes, onions and corn. Roll up and seal the edges.
Whisk the egg with the milk and brush the roll with the egg wash. Transfer the roll onto a baking tin and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
You may vary the filling with any appropriate leftovers you find in your fridge.
