Ingredients
2 jar(s) | or tubs soft cheese |
250 g | mature cheese, grated |
3 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
2 medium | eggs |
1 jar(s) | red pepper jelly |
Instructions
In a bowl mix all the cheese the eggs and garlic, add 1 tbsp of the red pepper jelly and mix.Grease a 20cm spring form baking tray and put the mixture in.
Bake in a hot oven for 40-45 minutes. Leave to cool and then top with rest of the pepper jelly.
Serve with water biscuits or melba toast.
