A delicious mouth watering steak prepared on the grill. It is tender to the touch with a slight hint of Jalapeno pepper taste. It gives you the flavor of the pepper without the burn. Many people appreciate this attribute. When I cook this recipe, the steak is so tender, you can cut through it with a fork.

Ingredients
Serves: 2- 2 (5 ounce) filet mignon steaks
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 2 ounces sliced jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 ounce cream cheese
- 2/3 cup Italian dressing
- 4 drops Liquid Smoke
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 15 mins | Extra time: 30 mins, marinating1. Soak a few toothpicks in water for a few minutes. Rub steaks evenly on both sides with seasoned salt.
2. Mix cream cheese and Jalapeno peppers in small blender. Use a small knife and cut a pocket into the steaks then add two drops of liquid smoke before stuffing with cream cheese mix. Use the toothpicks to hold the steaks together.
3. Soak steaks in Italian dressing for 25-30 minutes, covered in fridge. Meanwhile, preheat grill to medium heat.
4. Place aluminum foil on the rack and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
5. Grill steaks for 9 to 15 minutes, until cooked through to your desired doneness, flipping once midway through cooking time.
6. Place on your favorite dish and serve with fresh rosemary as a simple but attractive side garnish.
