Ingredients
1 small | onion, chopped |
30 g | lobster base |
150 g | single cream |
150 ml | dry white wine |
2 sprig(s) | dill, chopped |
2 sprig(s) | parsley, chopped |
125 g | shrimp, peeled, cooked and chopped |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a pan heat the lobster base. Add the onions and cook stirring until lucent. Pour in the cream, 100 ml water and the wine and bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Add dill, parsley and shrimps. Season to taste with salt and pepper.Serve immediately with poached fish, e.g. plaice or sole.
