Ingredients
4 | salmon steaks |
1 small | shallot, minced |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
some | olive oil |
For the lemon cream sauce: | |
60 ml | fresh lemon juice |
60 g | butter |
240 ml | single cream |
120 ml | white wine |
fresh parsley, chopped | |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.Sauté the garlic in some oil over medium heat. Add shallots and sauté until soft. Add the salmon steaks and sear on both side in that pan. Transfer everything to a baking dish and place in the oven for about 5 minutes. Remove salmon from pan and set aside, keep warm.
Add the white wine, butter and cream to the pan. Cook over low heat until reduced a little. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Place fish on a warm plate and top with sauce and garnish with parsley.
