Ingredients
250 g | smoked salmon |
250 g | creme fraîche or sour cream |
some | fresh dill or chives |
salt | |
pepper |
Instructions
Cut the salmon in very small cubes. Mix with creme fraiche and herbs, season to taste. Fill into small containers and cover with cling foil. let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes and serve on salad leaves or on toast.Preparation time:
