Ingredients
1 | puff pastry |
150 g | cream cheese |
200 g | sour cream |
3 piece(s) | white bread, no crust |
1 bunch(es) | parsley |
some | dill |
some | salt |
some | pepper |
1 piece(s) | egg yolk |
600 g | salmon |
some | milk |
some | garlic, optional |
Instructions
Wash the salmon and remove skin and bones. Put it on the rolled out puff pastry.Soak the bread in some milk. Then mix cream cheese, sour cream, herbs, garlic, bread and spices together and put onto the fish.
Fold the puff pastry around the fish, rolling the ends in and brush with egg yolk. Bake in oven at 200°C for 30 minutes until golden brown.
