Ingredients

2	salmon fillets
200 g	spinach, fresh or frozen
300 g	potatoes
150 ml	milk
1 tbsp	butter
some	salt, to taste

Instructions

Steam salmon fillets until tender and cooked through, about 20 minutes.

Cook spinach until soft and season with some salt if necessary.

Meanwhile cook the potatoes until tender. Place them in a blender together with the butter, milk and salt to taste. Process until smooth.

To serve, place salmon fillet and spinach on a plate. Pour potato mash sauce over.
