- Ingredients – Orange Walnut Dressing
- One 12-ounce can orange juice concentrate
- 1-1/2 cups canola oil
- 1 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2-1/2 Tablespoons dried basil
- 1-1/2 teaspoons crushed fresh garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 dashes Tabascopepper sauce
Use at least 2 different greens, preferably 3 (Bibb lettuce, Romaine lettuce, spinach, radicchio, or Boston lettuce). Cut a piece of scallion (2-1/2 inches). Trim off roots, leaving 3/4-inch section whole, and slice the scallion lengthwise, creating branches. Place cut scallion in ice water for several hours until the branches open up in a flower.
