Greek chicken kabobs.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 pounds boneless chicken
- 2 bell peppers (red,green,or yellow)
- 1 purple onion
- 1 cup garlic & herb 10minute marinade
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Cavender’s(R) Greek seasoning
- 2 tablespoons soul seasoning
- 2 tablespoons garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon Tony Chachere’s(R) Creole saesoning
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
Preparation method
Prep: 40 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Clean chicken and cut into 1inch square chunks.
2. Clean bell peppers and cut into 1inch square slices.
3. Cut onion from top 2 bottom in three sections, so you have a triangle shaped core. Discard outer layer and inner core layer.
4. Place chicken and veggies in a large container (with lid) then take oil and drench well, take dry seasoning and sprinkle evenly over chicken and veggies.
5. Last, take marinade and pour half of bottle over all ingredients.
6. Place lid on container and shake for about 30 seconds.
7. Soak skewers in water while ingredients are marinating.(n/a if using metal or ceramic skewers).
8. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
9. Stick ingredients on skewers in an order you like. Make sure ingredients are packed tight on skewer to keep in juices.
10. Place on grill for about 15min turning every 4min or so.Cook Information Cleanup:
