Ingredients
2 large | egg whites |
2 tsp | lemon juice |
330 g | icing sugar |
Instructions
In a bowl whisk the egg whites with the lemon juice until stiff. Whisk in the icing sugar. Mix until the icing is creamy and glossy.Spread cakes, muffins or tartlets with the freshly prepared icing.
