Rosinenkind s mustard eggs recipe details
Ingredients
8 | eggs, hard cooked |
1 | onion, chopped |
1 tbsp | flour |
1 tbsp | butter |
300 ml | vegetable stock |
150 ml | milk |
150 ml | cream |
2 tbsp | mustard, hot, or more |
1 tbsp | suggar |
some | salt and pepper |
some | soy sauce and worcester sauce |
Instructions
For the roux take a pot and melt butter in it (only lightly) and then add onion. Steam.Now dredge with flour, remove pot from heat, add vegebable stock and churn with egg whip and turn heat back on.
Now add milk and keep mixing using an egg whip so that nothing scorches.
Now add cream, sugar, spices, mustard and eggs. Bring to a quick boil.
Serve together with boiled potatoes.
