Italian dressing forms a base for this spicy marinade. Inspired by Casey Cunningham’s “One-to-Take Flat Iron Steak”
Ready in: 5 mins

Ingredients

Makes: 2 cups
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Preparation method

Prep: 5 mins

1. Combine all ingredients in a large plastic resealable bag. Use to marinate meats and vegetables before grilling.Note

Recipe makes about 1 3/4 cups marinade, enough for 3 1/2 pounds of steak.
