Ingredients
10 large | potatoes, peeled |
4 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
200 ml | olive oil |
dried rosemary, crushed |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Cut potatoes into small pieces and steam for ten minutes. Toss in olive oil, rosemary and crushed garlic.
Place the potatoes on a baking tray and roast for 30-40 minutes.
