|10 large||potatoes, peeled|
|4 clove(s)||garlic, crushed|
|200 ml||olive oil|
|dried rosemary, crushed|
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Cut potatoes into small pieces and steam for ten minutes. Toss in olive oil, rosemary and crushed garlic.
Place the potatoes on a baking tray and roast for 30-40 minutes.
