Ingredients
500 g | rosefish fillet, cut into 3cm cubes |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
3 tbsp | flour |
2 | eggs |
3 tbsp | oil |
4 tbsp | tartar sauce |
75 g | breadcrumbs |
Instructions
Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice. In a soup plate, mix together the flour, salt and pepper. In another plate break the eggs and whisk with a fork. In a third plate divide the breadcrumbs.Thread the fish cubes onto skewers. Turn the skewers in the flour mixture, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. In a pan, heat the oil. Fry the fish skewers until golden and crispy.
Serve with fried potatoes and the tartar sauce.
