Rosefish skewers are a delectable seafood dish that combines the delicate flavors of rosefish with a hint of smokiness from the grill. This recipe is perfect for a summer barbecue or a cozy dinner at home. The fish is marinated in a flavorful blend of herbs and spices, then threaded onto skewers and grilled to perfection. The result is tender, flaky fish with a deliciously charred exterior.
