Fresh Romaine and spinach topped with portobella mushrooms.

Ingredients
Serves: 1- 3 cups Spinach and Romaine lettuce leaves 40/60 blend
- 2 oz Portabello Mushroom Sliced
- 5 ea Kalamata Olives
- 1 oz chopped Red Onion
- 1 oz Sun Dried Tomato
- 10 ea Croutons
- 2 Carrots Diced
- 2 fl oz Balsamic Herb Vinaigrette
- 2 ea Crouton points
- .5 oz Parmesan Grated
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 5 mins1. Gently toss Spinach, Romaine, Mushroom, Olives, Onion, Tomato, Croutons, and Carrots together with Balsamic Dressing.
2. Place salad mixture in large pasta bowl top with Parmesan and Crouton points.
