Recipe for rolled oat bread

INGREDIENTS:
Makes 1 large loaf
1¼ cups water
2 tbsp soft butter, margarine or shortening
1 tsp salt
3 cups bread flour
½ cup rolled oat
2 tbsp milk powder
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp instant yeast
METHOD:
- Measure all ingredients into the bread pan in correct order as suggested by the manufacturer of your breadmaker. Insert bread pan into breadmaker.
- Select setting to Basic or Rapid. Select crust setting according to your preference. (I used MEDIUM for this recipe).
- Press Start to begin.
