INGREDIENTS:

Makes 1 large loaf

1¼ cups water

2 tbsp soft butter, margarine or shortening

1 tsp salt

3 cups bread flour

½ cup rolled oat

2 tbsp milk powder

3 tbsp sugar

2 tsp instant yeast


METHOD:

  1. Measure all ingredients into the bread pan in correct order as suggested by the manufacturer of your breadmaker. Insert bread pan into breadmaker.

  2. Select setting to Basic or Rapid. Select crust setting according to your preference. (I used MEDIUM for this recipe).

  3. Press Start to begin.
