Roasted Potatoes with Sage recipe

|4 large||potatoes, cut into chunks|
|4 medium||onions, chopped|
|2 tsp||dried sage|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Preheat the oven 180°C.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Place in a shallow roasting pan, cover with foil, and cook, stirring twice, for 90 minutes.
