Ingredients
4 clove(s) | garlic, whole cloves |
60 ml | olive oil |
1 tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180░C.Place garlic cloves in a shallow square baking dish, and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 20 minutes. Cool and drain; remove skins.
Place roasted garlic in a blender, add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Process for 30 seconds or until smooth.
