Ingredients

3 tbsp | honey |
50 g | butter |
½ tsp | cinnamon, ground |
1 tsp | thyme |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190°C.Combine honey, butter and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Heat gently, stirring, until liquid and well combined.
Make a cut like a cross in the top of each fig, cutting almost down to the base.
Place figs in a roasting pan and pouring the honey-butte-cinnamon sauce over each one. Sprinkle with a bit of thyme and bake them for 15 minutes.
Turn oven off and leave the figs in the oven for 5-10 minutes before serving.
