Roasted carrot and spring onion recipe details
Ingredients
480 g | small carrots, sliced |
12 | spring onions, sliced |
2 tbsp | vegetable oil |
2 tbsp | honey |
2 tbsp | sesame seeds |
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.In a roasting tin, combine the carrot and spring onion slices and oil. Roast for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the heat.
Stir in the honey and the sesame seeds. Roast for 10 more minutes until golden brown. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
