River valley spinach casserole
River Valley Spinach Casserole
- 2 packages chopped spinach, cooked per package instructions
- 1 package dry onion soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- Grated cheddar cheese
Drain spinach, add onion soup and sour cream. Blend. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
