Craisin orange scones recipe details
- Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups dried cranberries (Craisins)
- Zest of 1 orange
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in food processor. Add butter in chunks and process until mixture crawls up the sides and avalanches in the middle. Transfer mixture to large bowl and make a well in mixture. Add milk and eggs. Mix well and add cranberries and orange zest. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes.
