Riso al limone recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | small grain rice |
80 g | butter |
4 tbsp | single or double cream |
1 | lemon |
Parmesan cheese | |
vegetable stock | |
some | Limoncello di Capri |
Instructions
Stir the uncooked rice into the butter and gradually add the vegetable stock so as to cook the rice. When the rice is cooked, lower the heat and add the grated Parmesan cheese and a little single cream.Take off the heat and add a dash of Limoncello di Capri and stir. Then add more grated lemon and garnish with lemon leaves or some lemon slices for decoration.
