Ingredients
250 g | pudding rice |
750 ml | milk |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
250 ml | whipping cream, |
100 g | almond slivers |
sugar | |
butter | |
cinnamon |
Instructions
Bring the milk with a pinch of salt to a boil and add the rice. Cook over very low heat, stirring frequently, for approximately 35 minutes or until the rice pudding is soft and creamy. Season to taste with sugar, butter and cinnamon. Let cool down and refrigerate overnight.Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Fold almonds and cream into the rice pudding and serve.
