Rigatoni with salmon in white wine sauce recipe details
|500 g||salmon fillet, cut into 3cm cubes|
|50 g||pickled green peppers, sliced|
|200 g||cream cheese|
|400 g||rigatoni pasta|
|200 ml||dry white wine|
|salt and pepper|
InstructionsCook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
In a saucepan melt the butter. Sauté the shallots until lucent. Dust with the flour and cook stirring until smooth. Deglaze with the wine and 4 tablespoons of the pepper pickling liquid. Stir in the cream cheese, milk and the peppers. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
In a pan heat the oil. Stir-fry the fish until just cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta and combine with the sauce and the fish. Serve immediately.
