Ingredients

500 g	salmon fillet, cut into 3cm cubes
50 g	pickled green peppers, sliced
2	shallots, chopped
200 ml	milk
200 g	cream cheese
400 g	rigatoni pasta
3 tbsp	butter
2 tbsp	flour
200 ml	dry white wine
	salt and pepper
1 tbsp	oil

Instructions

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

In a saucepan melt the butter. Sauté the shallots until lucent. Dust with the flour and cook stirring until smooth. Deglaze with the wine and 4 tablespoons of the pepper pickling liquid. Stir in the cream cheese, milk and the peppers. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

In a pan heat the oil. Stir-fry the fish until just cooked. Season with salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta and combine with the sauce and the fish. Serve immediately.
