Rice muffins recipe details
Ingredients
100 g | flour |
150 ml | milk |
½ tsp | sugar |
3 tsp | baking powder |
1 medium | egg, well beaten |
1 tbsp | shortening, melted |
160 g | rice, cooed |
1 pinch(es) | salt, to taste |
Instructions
In a bowl sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.In a separate bowl beat the egg and then slowly it together with the milk and melted shortening to the mixture with the dry ingredients.
Add the cold rice and combine well.
Grease muffin tins and preheat oven to 180°C.
Drop rice batter muffin tins and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
