Ingredients
1 l | milk |
50 g | rice flour |
150 g | sugar |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
40 | nuts, chopped, e.g. walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds |
1 tsp | ground cinnamon |
Instructions
Bring the milk to the boil, then allow to cool lightly. Whisk in the rice flour, sugar and salt. Cook stirring frequently over low heat for 30 minutes or until the mixture starts to thicken.
Spoon the pudding into dessert bowls and serve sprinkled with nuts and cinnamon.
