Rhubarb dessert sauce recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | rhubarb, sliced |
160 g | sugar |
1 tbsp | cornstarch |
water |
Instructions
Place rhubarb in a medium saucepan and add a small amount of water.Add sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until rhubarb is tender.
Transfer into a blender and process until smooth. Add cornstarch and process again for a few seconds.
Return sauce mixture to saucepan and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
